Hello lovelies.
As most of you know, I'm a foodie. I would weigh about seven thousand pounds if not for my metabolism. If you browse my pinterest food board is currently housing 180 pins (which beats out my next highest board by around 60). The only thing is that while I am a vegetarian, my husband is not. Also, I'm a terrible cook. I legit could probably burn cereal if I had enough time. So whilst on pinterest, I'm constantly looking for delicious easy recipes. Which is why I'm such a fan of those mini lasagnas from an early blog post. Tonight I offer you all a side dish to try. I like to offer this with just about anything. Goes good with pasta or a good chicken and sides meal. So I present to you the easy zucchini garlic parmesan recipe. I have altered this slightly from it's original post which is here.
You will need
zucchini
butter (spray if you prefer)
garlic salt
parmesan cheese
Slice your zucchini any which way you like. I prefer round slices, but you can cut it however you choose. Make sure your slices are slightly thick as once they cook, they get a bit thinner. I made this mistake last time, again horrible cook. Place on your cooking sheet. Add butter (spray and just a little bit on each one). Add garlic salt and parmesan cheese as desired. I baked mine at about 350 for around ten to fifteen minutes. And as always enjoy!
Seriously, if it was truly hard, I wouldn't be able to make it. I would have burned my apartment down. Hope you all enjoy! In the meantime, I'm trying to finish up a craft project to post for you all within the next few days.
xoxo
Trista
